1.1. Twizzles LLC provides Company Clients with Enterprise Services with the platform called Power with Twizzles, Proprietary Software, Business Capability Accelerator Services, Board of Directors Advisory, Executive Consulting, custom Websites, Economic Development, Financial Investment Services, Financial Lending Services, Business Components, File Management System, Business Strategies, Digital Asset Registry, Administration, Overseeing, Advisory, Factbooks, Customized software, Configured software, Information databases, Custom work flows, Automation, and Innovation Services, and is owned by Gina M. Schnee.

1.1.2. Twizzles LLC provides proprietary Enterprise Services with the platform called Power with Twizzles. The Business Components included with Power with Twizzles are the fundamental business processes of Business, and can be customized to include Company specific automations. The Power with Twizzles Business Components can be accessed from Browsers, Phone Screens, and Desktops as Business Professionals work from any Internet Connected Computing device, such as Smart Phone, Tablet, Smart Television, and Desktop. Software installation, beyond standard Browsers, isn't required. Power with Twizzles can provide licensed Professionals, Professional Firms, Entrepreneurs, Small, Medium, Big Businesses, and Organizations, who are interested in organizing business data, while conducting Company business from a system that provides quick availability of data while in the Office or travelling.

1.1.2.1. Power with Twizzles can be utilized as Enterprise Management of Company data and processes, with the set of standard Process segments called Business Components, to manage Business. With the Financial Component, log Economic activities with a digital Financial Ledger Entry utilizing double entry accounting. Automatically produce an up to date Income Statement. Utilize the proprietary Twizzles LLC Asset Valuation Process to assign Value to financial assets. Create a Balance Sheet. Save important Financial files, such as Orders and Payments Receipts. Quickly upload expense receipts and track and manage expenses. Monitor increasing Revenue and Profits with the Twizzles LLC Business Assessments. Plan all work items with the Plan and Plan Items Components, and assign work to Employee(s) with automated workflows. Accept online Orders and provide online payment method with digital payment gateway provider. Establish notifications when important Company activities occur, such as when new Orders or Requests are sent. Establish Board of Directors with trusted advisors and automate the work flows of Decisions approvals, with Email and Text notifications. Manage Customer communications, such as Email campaigns, with the Customer component, and save Customer Profiles, Contracts, Agreements, Correspondences, and important requests. Company Executives can establish Company Business Objectives that can be integrated into Plan Items and managed to completion. Establish the Requests process that can be the intake of all communications with the Company Executive. Save Company Documents of any File Type with the File Component. Keep current with Legal requirements, such as compliance with State or Commonwealth annual filings. Communicate important Company terminology with the Definitions Component. Save important data sets with the Knowledge Component. Provide Employee(s) with the Career planning Business Component where the Job Description, Accomplishments, Career Objectives, Job Level Competencies and important progress are managed. Share authorized Company Documents with Company Professional services providers, with the Extranet Component, that requires unique login and password and segments authorized documents into a file repository. Utilize Power with Twizzles in Big Enterprises to encapsulate Product Innovation among selected Team(s), such as development of Inventions. Company C level Executives, such as CEOs, can invite high achievers to participate with important Company initiatives. Human Resources can invite Employees identified as High Performer and High Achiever, among top percentage of Organization, to lead self initiated Programs. Computer programming team(s) can manage and implement proprietary software utilizing the Components to track and manage Plans and Source Code. Product Engineer(s) can manage product plans. President and Board of Directors can collaborate with Power with Twizzles, while saving data and important Documents that might not be available to Company Employee(s). New associates can be provided with Power with Twizzles to create and manage new Intellectual Property. Each Employee can have an instance of Power with Twizzles that can be the foundation with all current and future career data, achievements, and can store authorized intellectual property generated by the Employee, who can then take that with them, according to Company policies. Important team(s) with Company necessary job responsibilities, such as Strategic Planning, can utilize Power with Twizzles to create and manage important Company plans. Entrepreneurs can manage the entire Business processes from Power with Twizzles. Skilled licensed Professionals, such as Firm Owners, Agency Owners, and Professionals can utilize Power with Twizzles to manage Business. Small, Medium and Big Businesses can utilize Power with Twizzles. Universities can recommend or require Power with Twizzles to students of the various Schools, to save the Individual Student's Intellectual Property and work products authorized to keep, such as the Student's research, work products, and the authorized University materials, and have the system be the foundation of the professional upon graduation that can continue to be added upon. Build new processes and capabilities. Optimize processes and capabilities. Twizzles LLC Client(s) can work with Twizzles LLC Professional Services Provider(s) to keep good business practices with regular meetings to review Business and keep professional objectives progressing according to Plan(s) and proper method(s). Utilize the Value business component to establish Company Value drivers and communicate Value creation with Clients. Manage Company Digital Assets with the Digital Asset Registry.

1.1.2.1.1. Twizzles LLC provides hundreds of Business Components as Power with Twizzles that Twizzles LLC Customers can utilize managing Business, and the scope of Goods and Services include,

1.1.2.1.2. Digital Good (i.e. Product) called Power with Twizzles that is a Business software platform where Twizzles LLC Customers can manage important Work, Business Processes, Electronic Documents and Files. The initial payment of Business Components (i.e. Power with Twizzles Software platform) of $395. The Digital Good purchase provides the rights of Twizzles LLC Customers to utilize the Business Components that Twizzles LLC installs on Hypertext Transport Protocol (HTTP) Servers and are made available to the Customer at https://www.powerwithtwizzles.com/[customername] or another agreed upon domain name. The Twizzles LLC Client owns 100% of the data saved in the database tables created by the Twizzles LLC Client and the data created by the Twizzles LLC Client saved on the File Servers. Twizzles LLC doesn't provide the rights to Twizzles LLC Source Code, Assets, Databases, Servers, inventions, Data, proprietary methods, or processes. Twizzles LLC Client(s) may contract with Twizzles LLC to provide additional service(s) or Good(s) agreed upon in the scope of the contract.

1.1.2.1.3. Professional Business Services to support the Power with Twizzles software and activities that are requested from the Twizzles LLC Customer and are approved by Twizzles LLC. Twizzles LLC Customers, who purchase the Power with Twizzles Business Components pay $29 USD per month Business and Professional Service fee to Twizzles LLC, or another agreed upon fee with custom services.

1.1.2.1.4. Login credentials that provide access to Customer specific partition of the HTTP (Hypertext Transport Protocol) file Server where Customer Files and Information can be stored, access to Customer customized Process Components that Customers can utilize to manage Business Processes and save Business information to the Database.

1.1.2.1.5. Customization of Customer selected Components, including option of including unique Company Name, Products, Prices, Business Objectives, Portfolios, Types, Statuses.

1.1.2.1.6. Store Files of any File Type on the HTTP (Hypertext Transport Protocol) File Server that is Password protected, and stored in segmented area that is allocated to the Customer, with defined Storage Limit, with option to upgrade.

1.1.2.1.7. The option to purchase new Business Components, integrations, customizations.

1.1.2.1.9. The option to purchase unique dedicated Databases, unique Dedicated URLs, and custom configured electronic Order and Payments pages where Customers can provide Order page and Payments page to their Customers.

1.1.2.1.10. The option to purchase of additional Employee Login Credentials with Security Access per Employee Level.

1.1.2.1.11. The option of adding Customer support hours per month with ten hours segments to build customizations, integrations, and support dedicated Servers, Databases, Internet sites, integrations, customizations.

1.1.2.1.12. The option to purchase Business Prompts that provide Executive and Functional or Department Leaders to define Business Strategies and Vision Statements of their Company, resulting in Annual Report of Business Plans and Achievements.

1.1.3. Customers are required to make the initial purchase payment, then month per month financial payment to Twizzles LLC, and or adhere to the Payments schedules defined in the unique Customer Agreements in signed contracts with Twizzles LLC. The Twizzles LLC Goods and Services available, along with Pricing, are described on the Order page.

1.1.4. Verbal contracts or commands aren't accepted to enter into Business with Twizzles LLC Company, People, or its Goods and Services, and requires that Prospective Customers, Customers, and other People or Organizations don't create sub processes or any process around Twizles LLC People or Property, without the written request to and written permission from the Twizzles LLC Executive. Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the utilization of Twizzles LLC People or Affiliated People to initiate Processes from Systems, Programs without their consent.

1.1.5. Contracts are in effect between Twizzles LLC and Customer when Customer clicks the corresponding check boxes and clicks Proceed with Order or Make Request, on the respective Order Page and or the Requests Page, that the Customer accepts and adheres to the Twizzles LLC Terms of Utilization, Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy, Twizzles LLC Prohibit Utilization of Identity, Name, Likeness, Information, Image, Person Policy and or agrees to via relevant written or electronic signature, the unique Customer Agreement contract with Twizzles LLC.

1.1.6. Twizzles LLC may monitor utilization of file servers and Database and require upgrade with corresponding financial payment, if utilization of those services goes beyond the designated file server and database storage allotment, and will communicate relevant information with Customers by email, if utilization is nearing the authorized limit.

1.1.7. Twizzles LLC prohibits Programs, Systems, Processes built on on or around Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC Owner, or affiliated Person or their Property, without written request and written permission from the specific Person(s). Any Program, System or Process where Twizzles LLC Person(s), Affiliated Person(s), or their Property are enrolled or included, is required to be made known by writing in English with clear descriptions and Contact Person(s) with unsubscribe option(s). The term Affiliated Person includes, and isn't limited to, Person of current and previous Twizzles LLC Personal Network(s), Professional Network(s), Twizzles LLC Employee, Service Provider, Goods Provider, Customer, and Prospective Customer. Twizzles LLC prefers Value and any Person or Organization, who may have ideas of participating with Twizzles LLC can initiate request by the Requests page.

1.1.8. Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the access to, utilization of, or permissions to Twizzles LLC Goods or Services, Affiiated Person, or Property to conduct, promote, or participate in illegal, immoral, lewd, unethical, or any activity that isn't in compliance with the Twizzles LLC Policies or United States of America Laws.

1.1.9. Twizzles LLC recommends that Twizzles LLC Customers, who utilize Power with Twizzles to store Customer and or Employee identifiable information that is isn't considered public, and that may require level of Privacy protection, to purchase dedicated Database with dedicated URL, and implement methods of managing that information that is consistent with good Security practices. Twizzles LLC can provide these specific services with the purchase of the Custom Database, URL and Customer Service, that is $2525 per month including twenty hours of customer service, including customizations, plus $525 per year that purchases the URL and Database, in addition to any additional agreed upon payments required based on approved Customer customization needs.

1.1.10. Twizzles LLC requires that Customer utilize authentic Name and Company information when registering, and prohibits the utilization of false personas or false identities when purchasing and utilizing Twizzles LLC goods and services. If there is request that Individual Person prefers to send Anonymously, request can be made at requests.powerwithtwizzles.com.

1.1.11. Twizzles LLC continues making and has produced thousands of unique copyrighted works, including, and not limited to, the Power with Twizzles Business Components, Digital Asset Registry, Twizzles LLC Source Code, Twizzles LLC Web Pages, and powerwithtwizzles.com. Utilizations of or references to the Twizzles LLC assets, require written request and written approval from Twizzles LLC. Twizzles LLC requests that individual utilizing content produced or owned by Twizzles LLC and made available on the Internet without required login credentials, such as powerwithtwizzles.com/index.html, utilize good practices that respect the content and cite the source of content if refererencing an item. Requests to reference or utilize Twizzles LLC Copyright, Digital Asset, or any Twizzles LLC invention or proprietary work, can be requested at requests.powerwithtwizzles.com.

1.1.12. Accessing Twizzles LLC property without permission may result with financial penalties paid to Twizzles LLC ranging from $100 to $1000 USD per day per page, source code, access, or proprietary work per Person and or Organization and Twizzles LLC reserves the right to increase financial penalty(ies).

1.1.13. Business and Professional Environments that have specified strict regulatory requirements of managing protected data require process of having Twizzles LLC review any type of request and if agrees to take on that work, there is required specific unique Customer Agreement with Twizzles LLC and the Twizzles LLC Customer, to best manage information and data, and require dedicated Database segmented from other data sources, encryption, dedicated Uniform Resource Locator (URL), specific methods of managing that information, structured Policies, Procedures, defined Responsibilities, and expected Results. Twizzles LLC reserves the right to unauthorize utilization at any time. Custom requests can be arranged with Twizzles LLC with the Custom option and strict data management policies can be addressed with that option. Twizzles LLC requires all Twizzles LLC Customers and prospective Customers and affiliated Businesses and People to be in compliance with the official Laws of the United States of America and official Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Twizzles LLC strives to produce Value that is agreed upon with Clients.

1.1.14. Twizzles LLC provides Power with Twizzles to Enterprise Client(s) and recommends that Twizzles LLC Client(s) is an age of more than eighteen years old. If Student(s) or University Client(s) are clients of Twizzles LLC, then Twizzles LLC may require additional infrastructure requirements that protect data.

1.1.15. Twizzles LLC may contract with or purchase goods and services from credible Goods and Services providers, such as a Payment Card Industry (PCI) electronic payments processor to process financial payments owed to Twizzles LLC and to deposit those financial payments from Twizzles LLC Customers into the Twizzles LLC Business banking account. Goods and Services providers are expected to adhere to the Twizzles LLC Policies and official Laws of the United States of America, including the prohibition of utilizing Twizzles LLC Employee and Customers or their information, without permission. Twizzles LLC interations with these authorized credible Goods and Services Providers may be tracked in the form of written words and pictures from electronic messages or systems utilized when interacting with these People and their Systems. Communications, such as Email, messages, text messages, or points of view from Phone conversations may be saved in the Twizzles LLC database, and utilized with the Requests Management process, Business Policy Management, and additional Twizzles LLC Business processes to have efficient and effective business processes and to make improvements. Twizzles LLC may provide a secure Login to authorized Twizzles LLC Goods and Services Providers, who may want to view information captured from interactions with their People or Systems. During this process, Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the utilization of Twizzles LLC Customer or Employee data, unless there is a specific request that is made in writing to a specific Customer with the type of data and purpose of accessing that data, such as to provide database upgrade process, and to test that data is stored in the database as expected, and permission from the Twizzles LLC Customer, in writing. Twizzles LLC Customers can request information that describes the Goods and Services Providers and their responsibilities. Requests from Twizzles LLC Goods and Services providers and Twizzles LLC Customers to obtain this information can be requested via the Requests page.
